Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.
Q: Do you restock items?
A: PBW Studio® is small-batch. Most pieces are released in limited runs and may not return unless requested by the Royals.
Q: Are your products made in-house?
A: Yes. All designs are created, printed, and finished in-house for quality and consistency.
Q: How do I contact support?
A: Email [email protected]. Please allow 1–2 business days for a response.
Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
A: Yes. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Visit our Returns page for full details.
Q: What if I ordered the wrong size?
A: Contact us immediately. If we catch it before shipping, we can update your order.
Q: My package says delivered but isn’t here.
A: Please allow 24 hours. Often carriers scan early. After that window, reach out to us.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not at this time, but we’re exploring it for future releases.
