Processing times
- In-stock: 2–4 business days.
- Made-to-order / print-to-order: 7–14 business days.
- Preorders: timeline shown on the product page.
Carriers
- Domestic: USPS or UPS (chosen at our discretion).
- International: USPS/UPS/DHL via our partners.
Tracking
- You’ll get a tracking email when your label is created. Tracking may take 24–48 hrs to update.
Address Issues
- Enter your address correctly. If a package is returned to us, we’ll invoice a reship fee to send it again.
Lost / Stolen
- Once a carrier marks an order “Delivered,” risk transfers to the customer.
- If a package is lost in transit (no movement for 10 business days domestic / 20 business days international), contact us and we’ll assist with a carrier claim and a fair resolution.
International
- Buyer is responsible for duties, taxes, and import fees. We can’t mark packages as gifts.
