PBW Studio® accepts returns within 14 days of delivery.
Requirements:
• Item must be unworn and in original condition
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Refunds process within 3–5 business days after inspection.
Exchanges:
• If you need a different size, contact us before returning your item.
• We will confirm availability before the exchange is approved.
